Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2025

Welcome to Amiga Pilates!

These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and participation work when you attend classes, events, or private sessions with us. Please read them carefully before booking.

By making a booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

We are committed to offering safe, inclusive, and enjoyable movement experiences.

2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online through our website, by email, or via an approved booking platform.

All class and event fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class or session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or event will not be refunded.

To cancel:

• Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or

• Contact [email protected] directly.

If Amiga Pilates must cancel a class or event (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible by email or text, and you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health & Participation

Your safety is our priority.

All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before taking part in any class or private session.

By attending a session, you confirm that:

• You are in good physical health and able to participate in Pilates exercise.

• You will inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or changes to your health before the class.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, you take part in sessions at your own risk.

Amiga Pilates follows all relevant UK health, safety, and fitness guidelines.

If you have any doubts about your suitability for exercise, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending.

6. Changes to Classes or Events

From time to time, class details, instructors, or locations may need to change (for example, pop-up venue adjustments or weather-related issues).

We will always notify you by email or text message if this occurs, and you will be given the option to transfer, reschedule, or receive a refund if the new details don’t work for you.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Your details are used only to manage your bookings, communicate about your sessions, and provide the services you’ve requested.

8. Liability

Amiga Pilates accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during or after a session unless caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to classes or events.
