These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and participation work when you attend classes, events, or private sessions. Please read them carefully before booking.

By making a booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. About Amiga Pilates

Amiga Pilates provides in-person, private, and pop-up Pilates sessions.

We are committed to offering safe, inclusive, and enjoyable movement experiences.

2. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made online via the booking page.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Your space is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

• You will receive an email confirmation with your booking details.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact [email protected].

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class or session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or session are non-refundable.

• No-shows (failure to attend without cancelling) are non-refundable.

To cancel:

• Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or

• Contact [email protected].

If Amiga Pilates cancels a class or event (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Health & Participation

Your safety is our priority.

All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before taking part.

By attending a session, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate.

• You will inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions.

• You participate at your own risk.

If unsure about exercise suitability, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

5. Changes to Classes or Events

Occasionally, class times, instructors, or locations may change.

If this happens, you will be notified and offered the option to transfer, reschedule, or receive a refund if the new arrangements are unsuitable.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and is used only to manage bookings and communicate with you.

7. Liability

Amiga Pilates is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or after sessions unless caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
